Join David Courtenay (Yoga instructor, certified personal trainer, and licensed massage therapist) and Scott Schrader (Fitness guru, entrepreneur, founder and CEO of My Life Revolution health & wellness products) on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure retreat of Yoga, personal breakthrough, fitness and fun! It all takes place at the Goddess Garden eco-resort in Cahuita, along the Caribbean coast and surrounded by the lush rainforest.
This eight-night retreat includes three incredible adventures: a day-long trip to the magnificent beaches of Manzanillo, Punta Uva, and the nearby town of Puerto Viejo; A day-long trip to a remote village of the Bri Bri tribe, accessible only by boat on a gorgeous river ride along the Panama border, where you'll experience this beautiful indigenous culture first hand; And finally, a half-day trip to the Cahuita National Park, where you're likely to encounter three-toed sloths, white-faced monkeys, toucans, blue-morpho butterflies, and an incredible array of wildlife.
While at the Goddess Garden, David and Scott will be leading a daily Yoga class for all levels, group meditation sessions, group strength-training sessions and cardio activities, one complimentary private one-on-one Yoga lesson, personal training session, or life-coaching session and several personal development workshops. On top of all this, David (armed with his acoustic guitar) will be hosting two nighttime sing-along bonfires on the beach right next to the resort.
At the eco-resort, you'll enjoy three healthy, gourmet, Caribbean-style meals per day, prepared with delicious local produce! The Goddess Garden has an incredibly spacious, two-story Yoga and Meditation center with 360 degree views of the forest. There are 12 modern bungalows with large furnished terraces and two queen-sized beds in each one, a spa center, a conference center, enchanting tropical gardens, and a spectacular swimming pool with a jacuzzi. This location is truly a paradise and is the perfect setting to awaken and reconnect with the body, calm the mind, and return to Nature.
